OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ARJE PANATHENEA RAFFLE

Introduction – Scope of Raffle
1. This promotional draw (the "Raffle") is organized by SafeSize Greece Single Member Société Anonyme, a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Greece, with the distinctive title “SafeSize Greece”, registered office in Kifissia, Attica, at 16-18 Adrianou Street, with Tax Identification Number 997103755 and Business Registry Number 164957001000, as duly represented (hereinafter “SafeSize” or "Organizer").
2. The Organizer introduced in the context of the Panathenea festival an innovative solution, providing designing, manufacturing and distributing custom 3D printed footwear (the “Service”), for the commercial presentation of which the Organizer is raffling ten (10) pairs of Arje Panathenea shoes. The Organiser’s Service is governed by the Terms of Use.
3. Participation to the Raffle is free of charge, does not require payment, purchase, or any form of financial consideration. No purchase of any product or service is required to enter or win.
4. The Raffle constitutes a promotional giveaway and is conducted free of charge.
5. The Raffle is open to all users of SafeSize Service attending the Panathenea festival, who have reached the age of 18, reside in Greece and have legal capacity, as defined by the Law, and who unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions.
6. Employees, officers, directors and any person related in any employment relationship with the Organizer, as well as their spouses and first and second degree relatives, are excluded from participating.
How to enter the Raffle
1. The Participants may consent to enter the Raffle by selecting the respective participation button while navigating the Service and scanning their feet at the Panathenea festival. By selecting to participate you will receive one (1) entry into the Raffle.
2. In case you do not wish to participate in the Raffle, you may opt-out at any time without any penalty by clicking the unsubscribe button available in the email you received with the Raffle details, or by contacting us directly at privacy@safesize.com. Upon opting out, your data will be excluded from the Raffle.
3. Each Participant may increase their chances of winning during the festival by performing the following steps:
  1. Follow us on Instagram @z1r0.official
  2. Spot the red ARJE Panathenea shoes being worn around the Panathenea and take a photo or video
  3. Post it on Instagram
    1. Tag @z1r0.official
    2. Use hashtags #arje and #Panathenea
  4. Every post is another chance to win.
4. Every valid post meeting the criteria above counts as one (1) additional entry. Each valid entry has an equal chance of being selected in the draw. The timing of participation does not affect the chances of winning.
5. The Organizer reserves the right to reject or disqualify entries that are incomplete, illegible, generated by automated means, submitted in bad faith, or otherwise deemed fraudulent, abusive, misleading, offensive, or contrary to these Terms and Conditions.
6. By participating in the Raffle and posting content in accordance with clause 2.3, Participants grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost, reproduce, display, and use such content solely for purposes related to the promotion and communication of the Raffle and the Service, unless the Participant withdraws such consent.
7. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, suspend, postpone, or cancel the Raffle at any time for reasons beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical issues, force majeure events, fraud, security risks, legal or regulatory reasons, or circumstances affecting the proper administration of the Raffle. Any such amendment or cancellation will be communicated through the Organizer’s official channels.
8. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude any Participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or acts in a manner that may damage the reputation, integrity, or lawful operation of the Raffle or the Organizer.
9. The commencement and end dates of the Raffle, the period of active and valid participation in the Raffle, as well as the counting of all entries related to the Raffle, will be conducted exclusively through and based on the electronic systems, means and data available to the Organizer.
The Prize
1. The Raffle prizes consist of ten (10) exclusive pairs of Arje Panathenea shoes (one pair per winner). These exclusive shoe pairs are part of a limited preview and full production is not yet finalized.
2. The prize delivery timing may vary as each pair is custom produced.
3. The Organizer will keep the winners updated regarding the delivery details (e.g. shipping schedule etc.).
4. The Participants acknowledge that the prizes are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
Winner Selection
1. The Raffle will run throughout the duration of the Panathenea festival, i.e. commences on 28.05.2026 at 09:30 and expires on 29.05.2026 at 17:00. The draw will take place on Thursday, 11 June 2026 at 12.00PM, in order to select the ten (10) winners and five (5) runners-up (alternates).
2. The ten (10) winners and five (5) runners-up (alternates) will be selected through a random draw using using RANDOM.ORG.
3. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during the use of the Service or via Instagram Direct Message (depending on the winning entry) within five (5) business days after the draw.
4. Subject to the winner’s prior explicit consent, the Organizer may publicly announce the first name and Instagram handle of the winners through its website, social media channels, or other promotional materials related to the Raffle.
5. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days of the first notification attempt, or fails to comply with these T&Cs, they will forfeit the prize, and the Organizer will contact the first runner-up. If all runners-up are exhausted or unavailable, the Organizer reserves the right to conduct an additional draw to allocate any unclaimed prize.
Data Protection
1. The Organizer acts as the Data Controller in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019.
2. Subject to any personal data collected throughout and for the provision of the Service upon your consent, any personal data collected during this Raffle will be processed exclusively for the purposes of executing the draw, verifying the winners, and delivering the prizes. Such data will not be used for future marketing or newsletter purposes unless you have explicitly and freely provided your consent.
3. Subject to any applicable legal provision imposing otherwise, immediately after the completion of the Raffle and the delivery of all prizes, the personal data of all Participants who did not explicitly opt-in for marketing will be permanently and securely deleted.
4. Before awarding any prize, the Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility, identity, age and compliance of any Participant or winner with these Terms and Conditions. Failure to provide requested verification information within the requested timeframe may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

Disclaimer
1. This Raffle is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform used for promotion (including indicatively Meta, Instagram, TikTok).
2. By participating, you completely release Instagram/Meta from any liability associated with this promotional giveaway.
3. Participants must not inaccurately tag content or encourage other users to tag themselves or friends in photos/videos where they do not actually appear.
4. Participants acknowledge and accept that the final design, specifications, production
  timeline, and availability of the prizes may be subject to change due to manufacturing, supply chain, technical, or commercial factors outside the Organizer’s reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
1. The Organizer bears no responsibility for technical failures, network delays, or software glitches in the Service or social media platforms that may prevent a user from entering the draw. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any failure, interruption, delay, unavailability, or technical malfunction affecting participation in the Raffle, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, mobile device failures, platform outages, software errors, or delayed social media posts or messages.
2. Participants are solely responsible for the content they upload or publish in connection with the Raffle. Participants must ensure that their content does not infringe any third- party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or applicable laws.
3. The Organizer's liability is limited strictly to the provision of the prizes. No warranty beyond the manufacturer's standard warranty is provided.
4. These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from this Raffle shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.
